How can I switch from a monthly to an annual membership?

Accessing your account settings [ insert instructions here] allows you to switch your membership status from monthly to annual. Enjoy the cost savings of the annual rate, and your membership will commence on the day of the switch.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds upon cancellation. However, you will retain access to the content until your monthly or annual membership expires. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I cancel and get a refund once I start a course?

Once a course is initiated, you can continue at your own pace. Unfortunately, refunds are not available. If you choose not to proceed with the course, you can delete it from your account.

Once a course is selected and purchased, changes cannot be made. Enjoy full access to the content, and please note that refunds are not provided.  This applies to Classic member and non-member purchases.
